Japanese Maple Leafhopper, Japananus hyalinus, is a leafhopper of the subfamily Deltocephalinae and tribe Opsiini. It is native to eastern Asia, but has been carried with the trade in cultivated maples and is now widely found in Europe, North America and Australia.
