About

A vivid emerald-green gecko native to Madagascar that, unlike most geckos, hunts insects in broad daylight thanks to its keen colour vision. Its namesake reddish-brown stripe runs from the nostril through each eye and down the neck, framing its large, pupil-round eyes.
