About
The Southern Cricket Frog is a tiny, warty hylid frog of the southeastern United States, rarely more than a few centimeters long, often mistaken for a toad despite belonging to the treefrog family. Its call is a series of clicks that speeds up like two pebbles being tapped together faster and faster, giving the species its cricket-like name.
Life cycle
