About

The Norway spruce is a towering conifer native to Europe, capable of reaching 55 metres tall, with distinctive drooping branchlets and long cylindrical cones. A clonal root system in Sweden has been dated to over 9,500 years old, making it one of the oldest known living organisms on Earth.
