About
The Northern Palm Civet is a small, nocturnal viverrid native to South and Southeast Asia, instantly recognisable by its dark-masked face and long, banded tail. It is most famous as the source of kopi luwak — it eats ripe coffee cherries and the beans pass through its digestive system largely intact, producing one of the world's most expensive coffees.
