About
A powerful working breed originally used by Roman legions to herd cattle and guard camps, later prized as a "butcher's dog" for pulling meat carts. Rottweilers have one of the strongest bite forces among domestic dogs — around 328 PSI — and remain widely used in police and search-and-rescue work today.
