About

A long-eared herbivore bred from the European rabbit and now kept worldwide as a pet, livestock animal, and show breed. Its eyes sit so far around the skull that it can see almost a full circle around itself without turning its head.

Life cycle

A blind, nearly hairless kit nurses briefly each day and stays hidden in the burrow or form.
