About
The only primate with a permanently enlarged, pendulous nose — in males it can exceed 10 cm and amplifies calls to attract mates. Endemic to Borneo's coastal mangroves and riverine forests, it is a strong swimmer that crosses rivers using a distinctive belly-flop dive.
